Cancellation Policy

 APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

Help us keep our appointment books up to date by contacting us as soon as you know you will not be able to keep your appointments. This gives us time to fill the space that your appointment was sitting in and means that we can provide more options to fellow clients.

If cancellation is necessary, please contact us at least 24hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid cancellation fees.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us during our business hours on 02 6247 1247 or 02 6247 9274.

If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message or contact us through our website enquire bot or via email care.dentalembassy@gmail.com

SHORT NOTICE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW/LATE ARRIVAL FEES POLICY

We strive to provide quality and timely dental care to all of our clients. Short notice cancellations, no shows and late arrivals place a burden on other clients and on our staff. For this reason, our policy is as follows: 

A $100 fee will apply if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24hours notice or you fail to attend your appointment (no show or arrive after your appointment slot has finished).

If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we honor our commitments to all of our clients for the day. We ask that if you know you will be running late to please let us know so we can accommodate or reschedule you.  

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

So that we can keep our appointment books up to date and run smoothly each day, we require confirmation of your appointment.

We do this by asking for a YES reply via SMS*. If we receive no reply to our SMS we will attempt to follow-up via phone call or email. If we still receive no response to confirm the appointment your appointment may be cancelled and the time offered to another client on our waiting list. 

Appointment reminders are a courtesy that we offer to our clients, however they are not to be relied upon for your appointment. Not receiving an SMS, email or phone call will not excuse a missed appointment.

*For our clients who do not have mobile or access to SMS we will happily create alternative confirmation arrangements for you, please chat to our receptionist.
