Restore missing teeth and tissue with dentures
A denture is a removable replacement for missing teeth and the tissues connected to those teeth, and closely resembles natural gum tissue and teeth.
Complete dentures replace all of the teeth, while partial dentures fill in the spaces created by missing teeth and prevent other teeth from shifting position.
Complete dentures are “immediate” or “conventional.” An immediate denture is a complete denture or partial denture that is inserted on the same day, immediately following the removal of the natural teeth. The immediate denture acts as a Band-Aid to protect the tissues and reduce bleeding after tooth extraction. The conventional denture is ready for placement in the mouth about 8 to 12 weeks after the teeth have been removed and the gum tissue has healed.

Replace missing teeth with dental implants
Dental implants are artificial roots and teeth that are surgically placed into the upper or lower jawbone. The teeth attached to implants are very natural-looking and can enhance or restore your smile with resolving joint pain or bite problems.
Dental implants are very strong, stable, and durable and will last many years, but on occasion, they will have to be re-tightened or replaced due to normal wear. A dental implant can preserve the integrity of facial structures by preventing bone resorption. They also minimise compromising adjacent teeth for procedures such as bridges.
Dental implants can lead to better health due to improved nutrition and proper digestion.
Frequently asked questions
What are dental implants and are they right for me?
Dental implants are titanium posts placed in your jaw to replace missing teeth. They’re ideal for patients with good oral health and sufficient bone density.
We offer consultations to determine if implants are right for you.
What is happy gas, and do you use it?
Happy gas, or nitrous oxide, is a mild sedative agent that safely and effectively manages pain and anxiety during dental treatment.
Dentists choose nitrous oxide because it is a safe and effective method for sedations. The gas works quickly to relax patients, and the effects wear off quickly by breathing pure oxygen through a mask.
The nitrous oxide does not put you to sleep. It puts you in a relaxed state and provides pain relief. You can hear and respond to the dentist’s questions or instructions. However, you may not remember all the details of the appointment.
Nitrous is commonly used in dentistry for the following reasons:
- Patients who are fearful or anxious
- Patients with special health care needs
- Patients with gag reflexes that interfere with dental care
- Patients who do not respond adequately to local anesthesia
- Younger patients who must undergo lengthy dental procedures
